Role SummaryWe’re looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join on a project basis to redesign key user journeys across our web portal. You’ll focus on improving usability, streamlining customs payment workflows, and enhancing the visual consistency of our interface to better serve e-commerce customers, logistics providers, and customs intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for both desktop and mobile views.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver user-centred design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Apply and maintain a consistent design system aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements- Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio (B2B or logistics/e-commerce tools a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces.
- Experience conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in animation and video creation/edition
