Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customs clearance to ensure full compliance with UK/EU regulations
- Process and manage high-volume emails (over 1,000 daily) in Microsoft Outlook with speed and accuracy
- Learn to complete customs declarations with precision
- Prioritize and execute tasks within tight deadlines, managing multiple workflows
- Support operations through data entry, customer communication, and workflow management
- Participate in comprehensive training on customs procedures and compliance
- Maintain professional communication with internal teams, customers, and customs authorities
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish (spoken and written) essential
- English (spoken and written)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, fast learner who thrives under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Passion for accuracy and a strong desire to learn
