A leading logistics and customs clearance provider is seeking an experienced
Customs Clerk to join their busy operations team based in Dover. Operating 24/7, the company supports commercial vehicle operators across Europe and worldwide, ensuring smooth and compliant customs processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a supportive operational team at Dover Western Docks
- Liaise with clients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ensure all customs clearance activities are carried out accurately and efficiently
- Deliver high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sound educational background and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends
Salary & Benefits
