Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines customer interaction with warehouse and logistics responsibilities. You'll be responsible for answering phones, taking and processing orders, picking and packing items, and preparing shipments — including operating a forklift to load trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and enter orders accurately into the system
- Process and prepare orders for shipment
- Pick, pack, and stage orders in the warehouse
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks
- Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks as needed
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers
- Support general warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified (training can be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management or ERP systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and work on your feet for extended periods
