Role Description
The International Freight Forwarding Logistics Specialist – Expo & Event will manage the coordination of logistics services for exhibitions and events. Daily responsibilities include arranging international freight forwarding, overseeing export and import processes, managing freight transportation, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin.
Qualifications
- Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
- Knowledgeable in Export processes and compliance
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client engagement
- Ability to manage complex logistics challenges with attention to detail
- Proficient in communication and problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of event and exhibition logistics preferred
