Your Role at Interflow
- Coordinate and manage international freight forwarding for exhibitions, trade shows, and live events
- Support Irish and international clients with logistics planning and execution
- Handle customs clearance for imports and exports related to event shipments
- Prepare quotations, manage bookings, and oversee transport by air, sea, and road
- Monitor shipment timelines and provide real-time updates to clients
- Manage claims, damage reports, and post-event evaluations
- Ensure accurate billing and contribute to monthly financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
What You Bring
- Experience in event or exhibition logistics is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping
- Minimum of three years in an office environment where strong administration skills were required.
- Proficiency with excel, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally for event support
- Energetic, personable individual with a flexible “can do” attitude.

Duration of Contract and Terms of Employment:
Permanent after completion of probationary period.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
This role will be 5 days a week located at Dublin Airport
Hours 37.5 per week
