Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in AUH for an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator. The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory and supply chain operations, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor warehouse inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely stock updates.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries to clients across required locations.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and receipt of materials into the warehouse.
- Maintain all documentation related to inventory, shipments, and receipts in an organized and compliant manner.
- Ensure proper storage, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
- Prepare inventory reports and assist with regular stock audits.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in warehouse operations.
- Provide support in managing logistics and dispatch planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse/store management.
- Prior work experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse management procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software/tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Previous experience in logistics or inventory management is a plus

- This position is based in our Abu Dhabi office and requires immediate joining.
- Candidate must be currently available in the UAE for interviews and onboarding.
