We are seeking an Import Operator to join our Dublin team. You will manage import operations across air, sea, and land freight, working closely with carriers, partners, and clients to deliver excellent service. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day import operations for air, sea, and road freight.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
- Accurately process shipments using Uniserve systems (One World / Multi Freight).
- Monitor shipments and report any issues or delays impacting customer deliveries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage client expectations.
- Support the wider operations team with departmental tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

- Minimum 2 years experience in freight forwarding or import operations.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple shipments.
