Enet is Ireland’s largest, open access network provider, building and operating the largest alternative wholesale telecoms network in Ireland.
As the Logistics Professional, you will be customer facing and responsible for organising, creating and executing schedules for field-based engineers in line with our customer demands. You will provide support to the field management team by monitoring progress against projected timelines and will be required to provide daily reports with analysis on performance against SLAs and KPIs to the line management team. You will also be responsible for tracking company equipment and reporting when inventory is running low.
We operate a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in our Ballymount, Dublin office. There are two positions available for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ultimate responsibility to provide administration of field service logistics.
- First point of contact for customers, engineers and field management
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers on the progress of service.
- Coordinating team schedules in line with work orders.
- Ensure the capacity utilisation of field engineers.
- Ensure the efficiency of field engineers.
- Compile daily, weekly & monthly reports/dashboards.
- Arranging customer appointments via WMS.
- Keep a record and stock of van equipment.
- Willingness to develop new ways of working.
- Documentation of processes and updating same.
- Handle escalated orders and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Monitor requests for pricing and support management team in turning around estimates in a timely manner.
- Ensure Field Engineers are using work management tool correctly.
- Run time reports to assist with billing customers for the Field Engineers time and effort on a job.
- Manage and monitor delivery and operational systems to ensure tasks are handled and actioned in line with SLAs.
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Prince2, Agile and/or similar Project Management Methodology Qualifications.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
