Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dublin for an Operational Specialist. The Operational Specialist will oversee and support daily operations, ensuring the seamless handling of logistics processes. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, managing customs procedures, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining operational efficiency. The role involves close communication with clients, team members, and partners to meet delivery targets and resolve any logistical challenges.

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
- Experience in Sales and Operations Management to support business growth and streamline logistical processes
- Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and monitor projects efficiently
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is advantageous
