Role Description:
Manage client training and development covering end-to-end outsourced customs operations, training and complex procedures (CABM, IPR, OPR, Customs Warehousing).
· Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and professional networking.
· Client Leadership: Lead consultative discovery sessions and deliver tailored training/solutions that solve complex supply chain challenges.
· Strategic Influence: Drive RFQs and tender processes while collaborating on marketing initiatives to position the firm as a market leader.
· Balance technical execution with proactive business expansion:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with the option for some remote work. As the Sales and Commercial Lead, you will oversee sales, manage client relationships, develop strategies to meet sales goals, and provide training to the sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying growth opportunities, ensuring top-tier customer service, and driving revenue while fostering a high-performing sales environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and effectively promote new ideas
- Entrepreneurial focus with Customer Training expertise to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Competency in Sales Liaison to promote new developments, evaluate performance, and implement improvements
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Option to work in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is an advantage.
