We are looking for a technical customs expert with the commercial hunger of a business developer. This isn't just a compliance role—it is a strategic leadership position. You will act as a senior advisor to key clients while spearheading our growth through targeted outreach and high-level consultancy.
For the right person, this role offers a clear, structured path toward Company Partnership and CEO appointment.
The Role: Expert Advice & Strategic Growth
You will be actively leading our services in;
· Consulting & Compliance: Manage end-to-end outsourced customs operations, ensuring precision in tariff classification, valuation and complex procedures (CBAM, IPR, Customs Warehousing).
· Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities through targeted outreach, lead generation, and professional networking.
· Client Leadership: Lead consultative discovery sessions and deliver tailored training/solutions that solve complex supply chain challenges.
· Strategic Influence: Drive RFQs and tender processes while collaborating on marketing initiatives to position the firm as a market leader.
· Balance technical execution with proactive business expansion:
You will have achieved experience
· as an Expert in Trade Compliance.
· A Hunter withtrack record in B2B sales or business development within the logistics or professional services sector.
· A Strong Communicator to translate "customs-speak" into commercial value for clients.
· An Active Learner with a proactive mindset—technically confident but always evolving alongside shifting global trade regulations.
Essential Requirements
· Experience: 5+ years in Customs/Trade Compliance, including B2B Sales/Client Success.
· Degree in Business, Trade, or a related discipline.
· Based in Ireland with a full, clean driver’s license (travel to clients required).
· Strong AI skills; knowledge in ERP and customs software.
