Primary job title (search-optimized): Supply Chain Executive. Location: United Arab Emirates — On-site role managing procurement, inventory and vendor operations at a UAE facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned categories: prepare RFQs, evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms and issue purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, reorder-point reviews and safety-stock adjustments to minimise stockouts and obsolescence.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PLs and freight forwarders; manage customs clearance, documentation and carrier performance to meet delivery SLAs.
- Monitor vendor performance and commercial terms: run supplier scorecards, drive cost-reduction initiatives and resolve disputes.
- Operate ERP and WMS tools to process receipts, update master data, track shipments and generate procurement and inventory reports for stakeholders.
- Implement continuous-improvement actions to reduce lead times, optimise working capital and ensure regulatory compliance across UAE operations.
