- One focused on Handbacks (vehicle returns and collections)
- One focused on Service Requests (handling ongoing operational requests and coordination)

Your role
You will be assisting the Logistics team, dealing directly with the suppliers and the internal team. We will collaborate to insure a flawless customer journey, which includes:
- Ensuring car deliveries and customer experience is top-notch.
- Strengthening existing processes to enhance on-the-ground operations.
- Monitoring supply and demand activity.
Your responsibilities
The role demands a hands-on, people-centric person who will be able to work in a team and assist to meet deadlines:
- Supply: Get training and collaborate with the Supply team to guarantee proper supply utilization.
- On the ground: Review new customers’ eligibility, ensure booking accuracy including location and time, and assist the logistics team in dispatching cars to customers.
- Product: Ensure accurate listings on the platform including description, pictures, and specs; update car availability, and participate in car photoshoots.
- Processes: Help set up, scale, and optimize processes for supplier operations.

Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who is looking to specialize in operation/Logistics management.
You’ll also need to
- Have the willingness to learn and grow with different opportunities that might come along the way; also keep a high degree of independence and reliability.
- Be creative and challenge the status quo to find the best solutions for the tasks at hand.
- Have a mindset of ‘getting things done’ regarding the operations of the business. Know when you have enough insight to make a call, and execute swift quality decisions
- Get your hands dirty, while paying attention to details and acting as a contributor to the team.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
- Computer proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Studying or recently completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; fluency in English is a must.
