About the Role
EZVIZ is now looking for an Operation Specialist（Chinese speaking) to support operation department.
Responsibilities
- Assist regional sales to follow up the daily work of customers' contracts, orders, and shipments;
- Responsible for the entry, review, and unlocking of various overseas order systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
- Coordination of finance, research and development, supply chain, customs, Logistics and other links ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all orders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating the SAP system;
- 1-2 years working experience, strong academic ability, willing to take on more responsibilities and tasks required by the organization;
- Fluent in English. Native in Chinese is preferred.
- Experiences in Middle East is preferred.
