Supply Chain Manager – Hospitality Division (5-Star Hotels)
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations for our Hospitality Division, which includes operational 5-star hotels across multiple countries as well as new 5-star hotel projects currently under construction in different international markets.
This role is ideal for a highly capable supply chain professional with deep hospitality experience, strong international supplier knowledge, and proven expertise in procurement, import/export, and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities for multiple 5-star hotel properties across different countries
- Manage sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, purchasing, and contract management
- Build and maintain a strong international supplier network across hotel operating supplies, FF&E, equipment, and related categories
- Oversee procurement support for both existing hotel operations and pre-opening/construction projects
- Manage import/export documentation, customs coordination, freight movement, and shipping timelines
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies across international locations
- Drive cost optimization without compromising luxury brand standards, quality, or service levels
- Work closely with operations, finance, project teams, and hotel leadership to ensure supply continuity and project readiness
- Monitor supplier performance, compliance, lead times, and risk across multiple markets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing
- Strong background in hospitality, with experience supporting 5-star hotels
- Proven experience handling procurement for both hotel operations and hotel development / pre-opening projects
- Strong knowledge of global suppliers and international sourcing
- Solid expertise in import/export procedures, customs processes, shipping logistics, and freight coordination
- Strong negotiation, commercial, and vendor management skills
- Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and project teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
