Customs Officer :
- Conduct customs inspections using scanning devices and manual checks on passengers, baggage, cargo, vehicles, and shipments.
- Identify and report suspicious or illegal items; secure seized goods and issue violations through the official system.
- Complete customs clearance and duty collection by verifying all required documents and approvals.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities (e.g., health, food safety, environment) for necessary approvals and actions.
- Prepare accurate daily reports and submit them for review and approval.
- Inspect goods inside and outside customs areas as directed.
- Contribute to process improvement by providing recommendations and suggestions.
- Participate in official programs, events, and operational activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
