Role Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented, driven individual looking to build your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment?
Life Style Sports is hiring a Merchandise Administrator to join our dynamic merchandising team.
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the end-to-end merchandising process while collaborating closely with our buying, merchandising, supply chain teams, and supplier base. You'll be responsible for essential administrative tasks, data analysis, and helping drive efficiencies across the product lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities:
Sales Forecasting & OTB:
- Planning & Forecasting:
- Ensuring sales, margin and intake data are updated correctly in our planning tools
- Generate reports on quarterly intake.
- Generate reports on quarterly sales performance
Stock Management:
- Updating availability from brands for weekly call offs into the business
- Tracking deliveries once stock is on its way into the business
- Working with our Brand Partners such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and Asics to ensure that our Order Books are aligned
- Liaising with the warehouse daily:
- Following up on delivery queries and resolving any issues
- Managing weekly communication documents between Brand Centre (HQ) and the Warehouse
- Continuity Line Management
- Raising Orders for continuity lines
Data Integrity, Reporting & Analysis:
- Working with suppliers to ensure product details are correct – barcodes, customs information etc.
- Sense checking all lines have the correct information – pricing, labelling, margins, etc. and communicating any changes to the Buying team
- Production of business documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support team by running reports on product size ratios to maximise future buys
- Resolving Invoicing queries with the Finance Dept
- Working on future IT integrations
Key Requirements:
- Experience in a Fashion or Sports Retail Omni-Channel Environment desirable but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of excel
- Displays strong organisational skills.
- Strong numerical skills with an ability to understand trends and sales patterns

- Ability to work cross functionally across several teams, both internal and external in order to deliver results
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand implications on the business of decisions taken
- Strong analytical and reporting skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized, can work to tight deadlines and under time pressure
