Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Executive Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operation Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring compliance with international export regulations. Additional responsibilities include streamlining processes, maintaining documentation, and improving operational efficiency to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Logistics Management and Operations Management skills
- Experience in International Trade Compliance and Export Documentation
- Project Management and Process Improvement skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with vehicle export industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Job Description
- Candidate should be from accounting background .
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely follow-up on payments and invoices.
- Track and process purchase orders in coordination with relevant departments.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory within the showroom and Jebel Ali yard.
- Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and follow up on banking procedures.
- Handle communication and coordination with insurance and warranty companies.
- Prepare and organize customer contracts and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Oversee shipping and customs clearance processes when applicable.
- Monitor the sales team’s performance focusing on lead conversion rates.
- Follow up on the company's advertisements on platforms such as Dubizzle and DubiCars.
- Conduct regular competitor pricing analysis and ensure our pricing strategy is competitive and accurate.
- Track and report on incoming leads, ensuring proper follow-up and analysis of lead sources.
