Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international freight shipments and cargo bookings
- Manage shipping documentation and ensure customs compliance
- Track and trace deliveries, resolving issues proactively
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, clients, and carriers
- Ensure full adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in freight coordination or logistics operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with customs procedures, international freight rules, and cargo documentation
- Experience or interest in logistics within African markets is a strong plus
