About the Role:
Maddox Pharma Swiss is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics, demand planning, and international distribution. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with commercial teams and partners to forecast demand and align production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across markets.
- Manage relationships with manufacturers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers.
- Ensure timely and compliant shipment documentation and customs clearance.
- Maintain supply chain dashboards and track OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve supply disruptions, proactively mitigating risks.
- Oversee import/export activities in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Support product launches and market expansions with agile supply chain planning.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of global logistics, regulatory documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and dashboard/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Dubai or open to relocation.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus.
