Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Export Sales Executive with proven experience in the
FMCG industry (food /non food/Personal care/packed product)
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in export sales, international trading, and import/export operations, with a strong ability to develop overseas markets and manage global clients.
Location - Dubai
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage export sales for FMCG products in international markets
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and partners across global regions
- Handle end-to-end export sales activities including pricing, negotiations, and order execution
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth import/export operations
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and export documentation
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in export markets
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth through export expansion
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in FMCG industry (mandatory)
- Experience in Export Sales, International Trading, and Import/Export operations
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, shipping, and customs procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage international clients
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage
