Zoomlion is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager with strong UAE market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations across import/export activities
• Coordinate with customs, ports, RTA, freight forwarders, and government authorities
• Oversee compliance with JAFZA regulations, documentation, and operational processes.
• Oversee vehicle registration, licensing, and ownership transfer processes
• Manage all Dubai RTA-related procedures and regulatory requirements
• Review and approve L/C documentation, shipping documents, and customs paperwork
• Develop logistics strategies to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers, freight partners, and logistics vendors
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards
• Monitor logistics KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvements
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the logistics team to ensure operational excellence
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 7+ years of UAE logistics/supply chain experience
✔️ At least 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory logistics role
✔️In-depth practical knowledge of JAFZA regulations, documentation, and operational processes
✔️ Strong experience with Dubai RTA processes and vehicle registration
✔️ In-depth knowledge of customs clearance, L/Cs, INCOTERMS, and shipping documentation
✔️ Proven experience in carrier/vendor negotiations and logistics cost optimization
✔️ Proficiency in ERP/logistics systems, UPS/FedEx systems, and MS Office
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
