We seek an EXPERIENCED professional with at least 2 years of experience, detail-oriented, to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
• Company incorporation in all free zones and jurisdictions under the Ministry of Economy in the UAE (Free Zone Establishment, LLC) and cancellation over the portal.
• License renewal of companies incorporated and new customers who require such services from us.
• To manage and coordinate our clients' overall company incorporation and license renewal process.
• To prepare and manage the client account opening documentation and forms, registers, and other relevant Company files, and management reports.
• To liaise daily with the relevant Authorities, including but not limited to Government and Free Zone Authorities, Ministerial Departments, Free Zone Customer Services, Agencies, Law Firms, Courts, Public Notaries, Consulates, Embassies, Customs Authorities, Typing Centers, Chambers, Municipalities, Translators, and other 3rd parties.
