Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across diverse industries.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, driving repeat and referral business.
- Understand client requirements and confidently present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and excellent service delivery.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–7 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience within the UAE supply chain and logistics industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license with flexibility to travel for client meetings.
