Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Indirect Tax Consultant located in County Dublin, Ireland. The Indirect Tax Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, conducting tax audits, and interpreting tax law. The role involves providing expert advice on indirect tax issues, preparing and submitting tax returns, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation
- Knowledge of conducting Tax Audits and understanding of Tax Law
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., CTA, CPA) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the consulting industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Customs clearance is an advantage
- German or French could add value to the job application.
