About Your Team
This role forms part of the project delivery team, reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager. You’ll work closely with façade subcontractors, site engineers, and planning teams, while leading a dedicated logistics crew to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery of façade materials and systems.
Your Role
As a Site Logistics, you will:
- Manage logistics for façade materials including panels, glazing, cladding, and unitized systems.
- Coordinate with façade subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers to align material flow with project requirements.
- Oversee lifting/hoisting operations and develop safe site access strategies.
- Liaise with international façade suppliers, managing shipping, customs clearance, and on-time deliveries.
- Plan and control laydown areas, storage facilities, and sequencing of façade works.
- Lead logistics coordination meetings, ensuring strong collaboration across delivery teams.
- Monitor logistics KPIs, prepare reports, and address constraints proactively.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE, QA/QC standards, and project-specific requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in logistics within the construction industry, with at least 5 years dedicated to façade works (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, unitized systems).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of lifting/hoisting equipment, site access planning, and façade supply chain logistics.
- Expertise: Proven ability to coordinate façade subcontractors and manage international suppliers/shipping.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced project environments.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Logistics. Professional Supply Chain/Logistics certification is an advantage. Safety certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable.
