We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated VP Trade Support person to join the support team for the Fixed Income & Commodities trading desks. This is a strategic role responsible for overseeing the full trade support lifecycle, optimizing processes, and managing a small team of trade support analysts. You will act as a critical link between trading, sales, operations, risk, and technology.
- Will be responsible to manage the more complex initiaves, including taking the lead on change management for new flows, products
- Act as the primary point of contact for trading management on trade capture, P&L, and operational risk topics.
- Supervise and validate trade bookings, amendments, and exception handling to ensure timely and accurate representation of the trading books.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in partnership with technology support teams.
- Collaborate with trading, sales, risk, compliance, and operations to resolve complex issues and support new business initiatives.
- Ensure all team members are adhering to internal control frameworks and contribute to internal audits and regulatory deliverables.
- Mentor and develop junior staff; foster a culture of ownership, precision, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum five years of experience in front-office trade support or middle office within global markets, with a strong focus on Fixed Income and/or Commodities.
- Proven experience in team leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of Fixed Income and Commodities products and their trade flows.
- Solid grasp of P&L, risk, and operational controls.
- Advanced Excel skills; Summit and Murex is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the front-to-back chain.

The salary range for this position will be between $120,00 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
