Aspi Nawaza Freight Broker LLC is looking for a motivated Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our Sharjah branch.
You should have experience with:1️⃣ Receiving, inspecting, identifying, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods for air and sea shipments.
2️⃣ Loading and offloading containers at the company’s warehouse.
3️⃣ Recognizing different types of cargo — normal, dangerous, sensitive, branded, etc.
4️⃣ Handling customs clearance, cargo booking, customer service, and preparing shipping documents such as Packing List and Commercial Invoice (PL & CI).
Qualifications & Skills
- Major Advantage: If you have a valid residency visa and able to obtain NOC to work with us.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cargo handling and shipping arrangements with a similar company.
- Knowledge of air/sea freight procedures and dangerous goods classification.
- Ability to calculate CBM and volumetric weight accurately.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, cargo management systems).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
Job Offer Details
- Salary: AED 4,500 - 5,000/month (depending on experience)
- Incentives: Overtime payment + Bounces based on company & employee performance.
- Working Hours: 6 days/week, 9 AM – 6 PM
