Job Summary:
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate logistics records.
- Job Responsibilities: Coordinate deliveries and shipments between warehouse and sites. Maintain and update stock records. Issue materials to staff/sites and maintain proper records. Perform scanning of materials/items and update records in the system. Prepare and manage logistics documents (delivery notes, reports, etc.). Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams. Ensure deliveries are completed on time. Requirements: Candidate should know how to operate the system. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. Candidate should be able to handle and operate scanning devices. Good data entry and record-keeping skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience in logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
