We're now looking for a Customs Admin to support in updating DHL and Government portals for import/export declarations and liaising with Customers &Haulier with important detail for consignments

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Providing customers with clearances required from moving stock between borders
- Liaising with internal and external parties to transfer key documents and information for movements
- Answering any and all queries from colleagues and customers when required
- Inform relevant parties of any issues with customs/DAERA
- Ensure shipments processed and cleared to move in-time, ahead of planned sailings
- Utilizing different software applications for efficiency. Primarily Microsoft office
✅this Role Would Suit People Who
- Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within a logistics environment
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience in a customs function is desirable
- Proven track record in handling numerical data with strong counting accuracy
