Role Description
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Dubai team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, managing shipment workflows, and ensuring compliance with customs and transport regulations. You will work closely with clients and partners, handle operational queries, resolve challenges as they arise, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency across our processes.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
- Solid understanding of operations management and supply chain processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client and partner relationships effectively
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in logistics or operational management tools and software
- Working knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance is an advantage
- MBA or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
