Tranzone is expanding and looking for an experienced Assistant Customer Service Manager to support and lead our dynamic CS team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the customer service team to meet operational goals
- Develop and implement CS policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch service delivery
- Handle transportation & freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road) operations
- Optimize utilization of in-house transport assets and external providers
- Drive efficiency through data analysis, CAPA, and process improvement
- Lead customer complaint resolution and manage escalations
- Coordinate with Warehouse for smooth planning and execution
- Support Business Development and RFQ processes
- Conduct KPI meetings and report insights to senior management
- Monitor team performance and identify training needs
🔹 Qualifications:
- 9+ years in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding
- Strong SAP ERP, Customs & Clearance, and WMS knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office & Demand Planning Tools
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer-focused, analytical, detail-oriented, and a team player
