Admin Operative to be based in the
Operations Team.
Job Requirement:
- Experience in Logistics Documentation with a strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience with Logistics Management Systems: Familiarity with tools such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is essential.
- Proven Experience with Documentation: Understanding how to create, organize, and manage various forms of logistics documentation mainly Jebel Ali.
- Proficiency in Documentation Tools: Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office, Power BI(Preferred).
- Understanding of Data and Reporting: Ability to analyze data and produce accurate, clear, and comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., performance reports, logistics metrics).
- Basic Technical Knowledge of Logistics Software: Understanding of logistics-specific software and tools, such as WMS, and ERP systems.
- Excellent Written Communication: Strong skills in creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that aligns with logistics procedures, regulations, and internal standards.
- Clear Verbal Communication: Capability to present ideas clearly, communicate documentation needs across teams, and hold team meetings effectively.
- Collaboration: Skilled in working within Teams.
- Understanding of the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory management, warehousing, distribution, transportation, and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as customs regulations, international shipping laws, and industry certifications (e.g., ISO)

- Bachelor’s Degree – in English curriculum.
- More than 2 years of relevant experience.
Certifications (Optional but Beneficial):
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Logistics,
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certifications to show leadership and management capability.
