Are you a results-driven sales professional with a strong B2B background and a passion for business growth? We’re looking for a Onboarding Specialist to lead client acquisition, revenue generation, and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients across various industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Understand client needs and present customized solutions confidently
- Manage and mentor a sales team of 8–10 members to achieve team targets
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10–15 years of B2B sales experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in the UAE within the supply chain and logistics industry (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and consistently meet/exceed targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid UAE driving license with a willingness to travel for client meetings
