What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive new business by identifying and converting high-potential B2B leads.
- Build meaningful, long-term client relationships with excellent service and support.
- Hit (and exceed) monthly and quarterly sales goals, with full support from leadership.
- Handle pricing negotiations, contract terms, and deal closures confidently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and tech to deliver seamless service.
- Keep tabs on market trends, competitor moves, and client expectations.
- Log activities and pipeline updates in CRM tools – stay organized and data-driven.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience – logistics or supply chain background preferred.
- A proven record of meeting or beating targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter mindset with excellent time management.
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Tech-savvy – proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms.
