Aquae Jewels is a fast-growing, Dubai-based fine jewelry e-commerce brand serving a global clientele. We are seeking a Finance & Logistics Executive to join our team and help scale our operations with precision and excellence. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting, inventory management, and international logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and credit card reconciliations
- Coordinate with external accountants for VAT filing and compliance
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives
- Track sales performance, discounts, and profitability metrics
Logistics & Operations
- Manage order fulfillment, shipping, and customs documentation for international orders
- Coordinate with logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, Aramex) to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee inventory movement across warehouses and production
- Handle import/export documentation and compliance for precious metals and stones
- Work closely with the production team to align dispatch timelines and inventory availability
- Support customer service with logistics-related queries and escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a finance, logistics, or operations role (e-commerce or luxury goods preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting tools (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Experience handling international shipments and customs clearance
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English
