We are Hiring: Territory Manager
The ideal candidate will drive commercial growth by leading sales efforts across assigned territories, identifying customer needs, and promoting tailored logistics solutions. This role focuses on winning new business, managing key accounts, and delivering performance through data-led strategy and market expertise.
Key Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in commercial/sales roles with regional logistics providers.
Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics market, free zones, and regulatory framework.
Proven ability to sell across multiple services: freight forwarding (air, sea, land), contract logistics, value-added services, and industrial relocations.
Advantageous experience in ship spares, aviation cargo, and project logistics.
Successful track record managing large MNC clients with regular multi-trade lane movements.
Strong skills in both new business acquisition and revenue growth within existing accounts.
Operational fluency to coordinate between customers, sales, and delivery teams.
Familiarity with WMS systems, customs processes, and 3PL documentation.
Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
