Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customs Clearance Officer located in Dubai, with some work-from-home arrangements acceptable. The Customs Clearance Officer will be responsible for managing customs brokerage, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations, and providing customer service. The role involves daily interaction with clients, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth import and export processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customs Brokerage, Import, and Export Customs Declarations.
- Strong Communication skills and ability to interact with customs authorities and clients.
- Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and in an on-site work environment
- Familiarity with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah customs regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
