We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Graduate to join our Middle East Industrial and Logistics team based in Dubai. The successful candidate must be driven and tenacious with a flexible attitude and variable skill set to work within the Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Learn about and understand the business line and gain sound knowledge of the sector.
- Obtain instructions within agreed guidelines to achieve agreed business targets.
- Accurately report and present information to clients in writing to a professional standard.
- Assist other departments and develop new skills in order to broaden your learning experience and career path.
- Undertake the efficient administration of all procedures for the service line.
- Carry out site visits and inspections with the aim of structuring commercial transactions.
- Assist with business development to allow the team to win new mandates and forge new client relationships.
- Carry out simple cashflows and prepare analysis of the market and specific properties.
- Initiate cold calls to potential and existing clients or set up meetings on behalf of the Service Line Head.
- Work on RFP submissions and other relevant proposals.
- Work alongside the Service Line Head with the aim of disposing, acquiring and leasing commercial real estate in the industrial and logistics sector.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of the relevant documents to enable the strategic goals of the department.
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
- Communicate fully with all stakeholders concerned to ensure that business is managed in an efficient and professional manner.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Prior work experience in a business environment is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated tasks and duties.
- Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
- The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (KF Internal Systems).
- Certifications and Licenses: On the path to becoming MRICS qualified.
- Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level.
- Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal.
- Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
