Role - Customer Service

Location - Dubai

Salary - 5 K AED

Job Description-

Receiving enquiry from client (Import/Export)
Procuring the rates from overseas partners for import and internal departments for export shipments
Evaluate the rates received and identify the best feasible options.
Quote client and follow up for feedback.
Once quote confirmed, sending the nomination to agent & Internal teams with necessary details.
Follow up with agent/internal departments for the shipment schedule, pick up, loading etc
Receiving the pre alert and coordinate with Operations team for the customs clearance of import shipments once shipment arrived and provide delivery instructions after discussing with client.
Should be well versed with Air/LCL/FCL products for Import/Export/cross trade shipments.
Should be able to work under pressure and able handle enough volume of enquiries and nominations.
Should be good with numbers.
Candidates with confidence and should have eagerness to learn.
Candidates which served each company for min 3 years.
