Our Supply Chain team manage the flow of our many different products to ensure they are in the right place at the right time. The team acts as an important link between the customer and Irish Distillers through the management of all shipping and service requirements for our Global market companies and our 3rd party logistics operations in the domestic market. We’re looking for a highly adaptable and agile Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term basis. This role is based in our International Customer Relationship Management team and sits as part of our wider Supply Chain team. A key part of your role will be the export process where you will be responsible for collating and sending customs clearing documentation to our export markets for successful clearance of their shipments on arrival.

Key Responsibilities;
Job Specific
- Provide flexible and proactive support across multiple supply chain functions as needed.
- Provide timely and precise customs documents to accompany each of the shipments departing Ireland to our export customers.
- Pro – active approach to customer service and process improvements.
- Administration support in whatever capacity is required for the department.
- Rapidly get up to speed with new departmental processes, systems, and priorities.
- Ensure service levels and KPIs are maintained during secondment periods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within each department if required.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Adapt to shifting priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in Supply Chain management an advantage, but not essential. We are firm believers in a positive, can-do attitude goes a long way.
- 1- years experience in FMCG or export logistics and supply chain industry.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- IT proficient on Excel / Microsoft Office. SAP experience would be a bonus but not essential
- Demonstrate self-awareness, manage personal development plan and one-to-one documentation.
- Ability to make an impact and influence without direct line authority.

- Proactive, structured and logical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
