Operations Executive – Air Freight

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive – Air Freight to join our International Freight team. The role involves managing daily airfreight operations efficiently, ensuring timely documentation, coordination, and smooth execution of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Air Waybills (AWBs) accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare Customs Export/Import Bills of Entry (BOE) using Dubai Trade.
- Take responsibility for the company vehicle used in daily operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices and other documentation.
- Assist during customs inspections as required.
- Manage inter-company document collections and handovers promptly.
- Coordinate with customers for order collections and delivery updates.
- Deliver BOE and Delivery Orders (D/O) to drivers on time.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules set by supervisors.
- Be flexible to work overtime when required to meet operational demands.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: High School / Plus Two (12th grade) or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry (preferred).
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
