About the RoleATN Global Cargo Services is a fast-growing international freight forwarding company headquartered in Dubai. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations & Pricing Executive to join our dynamic logistics team immediately.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sea and air freight operations, vendor rate negotiations, and pricing coordination with agents and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day freight operations for import and export shipments (Sea & Air).
- Obtain, compare, and negotiate freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.
- Coordinate with agents, carriers, and customers to ensure timely movement and documentation.
- Prepare quotations and pricing sheets for sales and clients.
- Track and update shipment status in the system and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with the accounts team for billing, costings, and GP validation.
- Support the Sales and BD teams with rate accuracy and fast turnaround times.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and UAE customs procedures.
Requirements- Minimum 3–4 years of freight forwarding experience in operations and pricing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Sea & Air freight processes (imports/exports).
- Proficient in rate sourcing, vendor coordination, and quotation handling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English (spoken & written).
- Proficiency with MS Office; experience in CargoWise or similar ERP is a plus.
- Must be available in UAE and ready for immediate joining.
