Job Summary
The Senior Executive – Logistics is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods, efficient inventory management, and smooth transportation processes. The role involves working closely with suppliers, warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Salary – 6000 Dhs/month
Location – Abu Dhabi
Contract- 2 years contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage transportation, freight forwarding, and courier services for local and international shipments.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery delays or logistics issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for inventory movement, dispatch planning, and stock accuracy.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Monitor logistics costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Maintain records in ERP or logistics systems and generate operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customs requirements.
- Support continuous improvement in logistics processes and supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and transportation management.
- Experience with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
