● Management of operations by handling multiple projects and their logistics.
● Provide support to project site team on timely delivery of materials.
● Laise with the suppliers on delivery follow up and production lead time.
● Arrange shipping of materials from country of production to project site under different incoterms as per LPO using Air, Sea and Road Freights.
● Follow up for payment requests ,Letter of Credit with procurement and finance team to ensure supplier advance payments are done on time and there are no delays due to late payments.
● Handling disputes with the suppliers on missing items, damaged materials, wrong materials delivered, balance material in case of partial delivery.
● Handling International Logistics for multiple projects including documentation, approvals, certifications required, pickup, customs clearance.
