Oversee end-to-end logistics management for Xiaomi’s overseas regions including the Middle East, covering overall planning and implementation of international trunk transportation, customs clearance, overseas warehousing & distribution, last-mile delivery and reverse logistics.
Develop and optimize overseas logistics cost models, continuously reduce logistics rates, improve delivery efficiency and inventory turnover.
Liaise with overseas third-party logistics providers, customs brokers, overseas warehouses and express couriers, responsible for vendor onboarding, evaluation, negotiation and management.
Design overseas logistics solutions: logistics planning for new product launches, logistics strategies for bulk/small/urgent orders, and logistics support for peak sales promotions.
Monitor logistics KPIs including on-time delivery, exceptions, damages and losses, drive issue closure and process improvement.
Keep updated on overseas customs policies, taxation and compliance requirements to ensure smooth customs clearance and lower compliance risks.
Collaborate with sales, supply chain, warehousing and finance teams to ensure order fulfillment, inventory health and customer experience.
Generate regional logistics data analysis reports to support decision-making, covering cost, timeliness, coverage and service provider quality.
Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 3 years of relevant experience in overseas logistics / international supply chain. Experience in consumer electronics, mobile phone or IoT industry is preferred.
Familiar with the full process of international logistics: sea / air / rail freight, express delivery, customs clearance, overseas warehousing, cross-border e-commerce logistics and regional distribution networks.
Practical experience in overseas regions such as the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia is preferred. Familiar with local logistics and customs policies.
Strong capabilities in supplier negotiation, cost control, project promotion and problem-solving.
Proficient in Excel and data reporting, able to independently conduct logistics cost analysis and solution optimization.
English as a working language with fluent listening, speaking, reading and writing. Proficiency in a second language (Arabic, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
Result-oriented, strong stress tolerance, able to adapt to cross-time-zone and cross-departmental collaboration, as well as short-term overseas business trips.
