Job Opening: Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing catering and retail food business in Cairo. The role will support our kitchen operations by ensuring the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of all ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies.
This position requires someone highly organized who can manage supplier relationships, track inventory, and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers, warehouse, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase food ingredients, packaging, and kitchen supplies
- Coordinate deliveries from suppliers to kitchen and storage locations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor stock movement
- Track expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO)
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Ensure timely purchasing to support daily kitchen production
- Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in F&B, catering, hospitality, or retail food operations)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with suppliers and managing purchase orders
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Proficiency in Excel or inventory management systems
