We are looking to hire an Asset Manager to oversee the performance and long-term value enhancement of QE2 ship. The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience in asset management, with a strong focus on financial performance and strategic planning (marine / boat operations will be a plus).
Responsibilities
Strategic Asset Planning
- Develop and implement long-term asset management strategies to enhance value and optimize returns.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
Financial Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze financial performance including NOI, IRR, and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular asset performance reports to senior management.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
Tenant & Lease Management
- Manage tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and occupancy strategies.
Operational Oversight
- Collaborate with QE2 shipping technical teams to ensure efficient operations and maintenance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and sustainability improvements.
Value Enhancement Initiatives
- Lead repositioning, refurbishment, or redevelopment projects as needed.
- Evaluate and execute opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with legal, financial, and technical advisors to support asset strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including brokers and consultants.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in commercial real estate (marine operations are a plus).
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of enhancing asset value and executing strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with UAE market and regulatory environment is a plus.
