Job Purpose: 
The Product Manager – Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) at AD Ports Group is a key role within the Transformation and Technologies Division, Logistics Cluster. Responsible for ensuring the implementation, integration, and lifecycle support of TOS across ports and logistics terminals, the role safeguards operational continuity and digital performance. The incumbent bridges business and IT, aligning system functionality with operational needs and driving continuous improvement across terminals. They ensure that all TOS initiatives support AD Ports Group’s goals for digital transformation, interoperability, and operational excellence, including supporting WMS integration where required.
Key Responsibilities:
System Support & Operations 
- Manage daily operation, configuration, and performance of TOS across multiple terminals.
- Provide Level 2–3 technical and functional support, ensuring uptime and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution, patch deployment, and product upgrades.
- Monitor system health, data accuracy, and terminal performance KPIs.
System Integration & Architecture 
- Maintain integration between TOS, ERP, TMS, ATLP, and port community systems.
- Oversee APIs, EDI, and middleware connections to ensure seamless data flow.
- Support integration testing, deployment validation, and change management.
- Support TOS–WMS data exchange and operational process alignment when applicable.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and IT governance standards.
Project & Vendor Governance 
- Support TOS rollout, enhancement, and upgrade projects across multiple sites.
- Manage vendor deliverables, budgets, and timelines within approved scope.
- Conduct risk assessments, track change requests, and maintain system documentation.
- Ensure alignment with digital transformation and operational priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement 
- Engage with operations and IT teams to translate business needs into system changes.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve productivity and data visibility.
- Provide user training, technical guidance, and knowledge transfer to local support teams.
- Report progress, risks, and improvement actions to management.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years in IT or Smart Port Systems, including at least 7 years focused on TOS support, configuration, or integration.
- Experience with multi-terminal or multi-site operations preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Expertise in TOS platforms (Navis N4, CATOS, TOS+, or equivalent).
- Integration experience with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, EDI, data mapping, and middleware.
- Familiarity with yard planning, berth management, and terminal automation concepts.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data integrity, and IT governance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management.
- Vendor management and technical documentation proficiency.
