Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Dubai, UAE.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our piano trading and showroom business.
Key duties include coordinating container clearance at customs, managing logistics and inventory, supervising office and accounting operations, and ensuring the smooth sale of pianos in our Dubai showroom.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for operational excellence within a dynamic trading environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee container clearance and coordinate with shipping and customs agents.
- Manage receiving, inspection, and inventory control of all incoming shipments.
- Supervise office and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support sales operations and ensure an excellent customer experience in the showroom.
- Communicate with the Japan and Iran branches for operational coordination.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations, logistics, or trading management (preferably in import/export or retail).
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance and documentation procedures in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle accounting and inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in English
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
